Close to train station, clean, rooms larger than expected.

Very good central location with a good price. Unfortunately on the first night we had a rear room next to the night clubs which kept us awake. We were moved with no hassle the next day. Good options for breakfast and good rooms

No heat, I was so cold all night! and could not get connected on the Wi-Fi during the night.

very nice staff and great location(just outside main entrance o f station) but rooms are "tired" and could do with a good and full makeover

The problem with this place, simply, is that the building needs thorough exterior renovation due to street noise. Corner rooms overlooking the area near the train station are subject to random noise from the streets below, especially from rowdy drunks at weekends. The exterior windows are old, single-pane antiquities. The room itself was OK, and a quieter interior room might have been sufficient. Place is OK otherwise, but why not offer a room rate that includes breakfast?

Truly awful. The shower flooded the bathroom and the bathroom. It took two days of badgering to be fixed. Just what we needed when we were there for my fathers funeral. The staff tried but the manager just didn’t care which became apparent when he was talking to the desk staff in Flemish which I speak! Don’t go, pay a few euros more and enjoy the experience elsewhere. There were mice running around on the second floor flat roofs... great. The place needs gutting.

When I got to my room it smelled like someone had smoked in it. I told the front desk about it and said the room was still ok with me but I didn’t want to be charged after I left for smoking in the room. Then I laid on the bed and took a shower. When I was done, I went to get back on the bed and a wet yellow spot had appeared on the bed near the headboard. I told the front desk guy who said he couldn’t give me another room because they were full. He did not offer to have at least the linens changed. The next day, I put a sign on the door requesting to have the room cleaned . They did not bother to hchange the sheets and just pulled the duvet up over it. The bathroom wasn’t bad, but the AC didn’t work very well. Also, at one point, there was a pigeon in the hallway of the hotel.

Nice hotel right next to the train station and lot of public transportation. Kinda of noisy in the back due to the World Cup and some fans in the local cafes in that street.

The hotel is perfectly located right across the street from the central station. Plenty of restaurants, bars and stores around the neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, however our towels had yellow stains and the walls were a little dirty. The bed was comfortable and it was a good place to spend the night.

Misleading description. Booked this hotel bc it stated t had AC. Lies. Upon arrival they were like, well, we are updating all the rooms to have AC. So we paid for AC and had a fan during their heatwave. Not comfortable.
