"Friendly staff, bad hotel"

While the staff was of great help and understanding of everything, this hotel lacks rooms, in the middle of summer, with air conditioner. They just gave me a fan and practically said, "oh well here you go".This made it incredibly difficult for me to sleep as I desperately need air conditioner, especially in the summer, to sleep. It was also a bit dirty and cramped. However, it was on a great location as it was just a few feet from Antwerpen Central.

"Great location for exploring Antwerp"

We had a fab corner room with 2 sets of French windows to open & watch all the street action. However, it was +30C outside & there was no air con or fan so the room was far too hot for sleeping. We would stay there again but not in summer. Tight squeeze in the shower for anyone not a skinny minny. It’s cheap & cheerful & a convenient location less than a minute from Central Station. Really recommend if you’re arriving in late.

Old hotel that needs renovation, no air condition. Cafeteria style breakfast, it’s not worth the money. Location is good, room is too hot even in low 70 to mid 60 weather. Noisy street and no privacy if open the windows.

"Hotel ideal as it is close to Railway Station."

The hotel was fine for a short, 4 night trip. For the price we paid, the rooms were okay but the decor very tired and in need of updating. Unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel which overlooked a small pedestrian street with bars which stayed open late. As a consequence it was difficult to get to sleep and also we were awoken in the middle of the night with people talking and shouting. And on one occasion music playing at 5.00am.

"Nice comfortable hotel situated close to all major"
