"Do not stay at the embassy"

Location to the event i was attending. Was not able to

If sent a complaint to the hotel and hotel company about this. Room Service did not attempt to clean the room until 4pm between days 1 and 2 which is absurd. Thats when i was trying to get ready for dinner. The room did not have hot water on my second day so i had to take a cold shower. The body wash container was empty. Just a huge lack of service and the gm of the hotel was only willing to credit points worth approx 60% of ONE night’s cost. I am very upset about this experience

"A comfortable and affordable stay"

The property was beautiful and in a location that was close to exactly what we wanted to do.

Housekeeping did not clean our room and it took several attempts to get to fresh sheets, towel, towels, pillows, etc. That was the only inconvenient part of our trip.

The room size is decent compared to the price

- Unprofessional staff - Pool area is dated and not maintained - House keeping don’t vacuum or fill up empty stuff - Breakfast is average at best - Needed to go down to front desk several days because noone answers the calls

Very good location. The happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks was very good. The room was clean and huge. They have a nice pool area with chairs, and towels are available. There's a parking area.

We had to change rooms because the toilet was clogged and the air conditioner wasn't working properly on the first room. Consider asking for a room facing the north, since for the rooms facing south the air conditioner struggles to remove the excessive heat. The second room was OK. During the happy hour on the first day, there was a grumpy attendant at the bar, asking for tips all the time. You should consider hiring more pleasant people, with smiles on their faces. Those people will deal, mostly, with happy guests on vacation, remember that. Happy ours are supposed to be "happy". The parking fee is too expensive. $25/day is the most expensive fee we had paid during our stay in many good hotels in the US. On average, we pay $10 to $15/day.
