Beautiful entry & main floor. Great location

We had a few problems with our room. The outlets did not work on one side of the bed. The toilet plugged up suddenly through no fault of our own. They responded quickly tho & took care of it.

"Don’t stay here"

Room was big

It’s a scam, charged a $300 smokers fee when I don’t smoke. Staff said any aerosol cans are included into the non smoke agreement. I checked the agreement and there’s nothing that states that. Staff lied and haven’t received a any cash back for this scam.

"Reconsider staying here!"

Lobby beautiful & inviting - but don’t be fooled. Arrived for 3 night stay. Loved the room at first sight. Quickly realized AC wasn’t working properly. Went to front desk to report it. Interrupted clerk on their cell phone. Maintenance comes up (nice guy) and advises most of the thermostats are broken and being replaced. Great - but my room is still warm. Night 1 - go to downstairs bar area to order food. Bartender assumed I wanted fries w/dinner but I didn’t. Took almost an hour for 3 of us to get food, which was cold and ridiculously overpriced. Not one of us even finished. Get back to room and noticed hot water faucet in bathroom broken - turns round and round and no water. I then proceed to shower and the water doesn’t drain. Day 2 - I interrupt clerk on cell phone before heading out to report the 3 issues (A/C, sink, shower). Arrive end of day to see nothing has been fixed. Day 3 - I was searching for my room key outside of the elevator when housekeeping asked if I needed help. Thoughtful, at first, then says “I can let you in…what’s your room number”. WHAT? She doesn’t know me?? I find the key and quickly see the 3 issues are still issues. I head back down to front desk - same inattentive clerk from prior day was actually FaceTiming someone with her phone propped up on her keyboard. How do I know she wasn’t sharing guests information?? I walked away … Def do not recommend. Extremely disappointed.
