The property was in a nice location for us.

The rooms had mold in the ac vents. It caused us to start sneezing and coughing uncontrollably. We checked out after the first day. I think the housekeepers kept the air at a lower temperature to mask the mold smell in the rooms. The housekeepers even told us they told their supervisors about the conditions and it was never taken care of. Beware of what you are booking. The rooms states double suite rooms. The beds are actually two full beds crammed into a room where it should just be a single king bed.

"Worst customer service!!! Don’t stay here!!!"

Worst place to stay in West Palm Beach. Called about delays with flight/rental car but they put me down as a no show. Showed up the following day at the time I said I would be there and was lied to. It was stated to me by the front desk that my reservation was reinstated but couldn’t check in until 230. Called back and was told my reservation wasn’t reinstated and that they gave my room away and they kept my room charge. No options given just told you are out of luck. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Don’t stay here!!
