Great location. Easy to park across the street from the entrance. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

It’s a bit aged. The fixtures could use modernizing.

Great hotel. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, beautiful views from the terrace, friendly staff, varied breakfasts. The cave-style room designs are impressive.

Great cave hotel. Fantastic breakfast on the terrace. Great location in town. Dennis and his crew were very welcoming and gave us useful advice. His restaurant was top notch as well up on the hill. A must when yr in town. Don’t miss out. Thanksgo

We could not tell you what we liked about this property it was fantastic great location good value for money friendly and helpful staff you could ever want to meet nothing was too much trouble went above and beyond Dennis the owner was just the greatest host you could expect to meet. Would love to one-day come back.

Hospitality ,friendly & professional that is Mr Furqan & Mr Deniz. They speak good English which made our communication easier unlike in Istanbul. We came early b4 check in time, Furqan offer us free delicious hotel breakfast. We can watch HAB in the morning from our hotel room. The hotel is very near to city center. Easy for us to get food, souvenirs and other needs. Prompt and fast response everytime we have questions. Please choose this hotel when u are in Cappadocia and u will never regret.

Good breakfast, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, complimentary water and coffee

Room and furniture were a little dusty, the underside of the bed was dusty and dirty, the shower room was old and starting to mold. Soundproofing wasn't great, we woke up every morning from the mosque loudspeakers as if outside, it was obnoxiously loud and we heard other guests walking outside our room

Position was great right in the centre of Goreme. Breakfast was excellent, owner & staff all very friendly & helpful. Did Red Tour & Green tour through them, both excellent and good value for money. Furkan our smiley receptionist was always available and happy to answer questions.

We regret so much staying in this hotel. We were so excited about staying in a "cave hotel" but as soon as we landed we had a terrible experience. In a summary, there was a hideous and nauseous smell in the room, linens were dirty and stained, bad transportation service. We booked transportion from ASR airport to the hotel (approx 1:15 by car). We landed at 21:35 and had to wait almost 2 hours for the driver to start driving, since we had to wait for people arriving in later flights. I wish I had known this beforehand so we could have booked a private transportion elsewhere. This caused us to arrive 1:30am to the hotel; we were offered a comp drive back to the airport but it didn't work as we were leaving Göreme by bus (bus station is located walking distance from the Hotel). But the worst part was the room itself. It has a hideous, nauseous and stenching smell. We were told that it was caused by the old sewerage system, I don't this is a valid excuse, since there are ways to fix the smell, but they choose not to do so. The smell was so bad that it impregnanted our clean clothes – we had to send them to the laundry in our next hotel. Additionaly to this, the bed linens and towels were in poor condition, stained and impregnated with the same faulty smell. We decided to stay one more day in Göreme, but we decided to book somewhere else as it was a no no staying one more night in this hotel.
