Adelya Cave Hotel

The Adelya Cave hotel is great. The two gentleman that work the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast here is probably in the top 5 best that I have ever had at a hotel. I recommend this hotel for sure, but if you find yourself 50-50, I promise that the breakfast here will put it over the top!

We had an unforgettable 4 nights stay at Adelya Cave Hotel in Göreme. Furkan, Niyazi, Deniz, and all the the team showed an extraordinary hospitality. They made out of our stay something truly especial. Their kindness and warmth made a real difference to our stay. We are most appreciative for that. The location is amazing, the rooms have a nice decoration and they serve a delicious daily breakfast. Thanks to all the staff!

The Adelya Team was very active and responsive over email, from the day of the booking, to our arrival to Goreme, Cappadocia. Niyazi and Furkan were manning the reception in shifts, and helped us out a lot with local bookings for ATV Rides and Hot Air Balloon Tours. The cave room was a unique experience in itself, which was literally carved out of a rock structure. Well equipped room with all amenities and central heating, with a rustic feel to the decoration. The room cleaning service was very prompt. In the mornings that we spent there, we met the owner Deniz. The breakfast was prepared by Deniz himself, supported by 2 sweet ladies, and consisted of very minimal but filling dishes, made fresh everyday. The restaurant and terrace was open to all guests through the day, where you had could always drop in and get yourself some Tea or Coffee. They actively encouraged us to minimise plastic waste, and had installed a drinking water dispenser in the restaurant as well. Adelya Cave Hotel is located in the heart of Goreme, with easy access to the local bus depot, taxi services, and a large array of stores, restaurants, and travel agencies. On our last day, we had some hours to spend, after checkout and before our transport to the airport. We stored our luggage at the reception, and were freely allowed to use their restaurant as a waiting room. In an unexpected surprise, one of the ladies at the restaurant served our family some Menemen with Bread, around lunch time, as a parting gift. That spoke volumes about their hospitality, where they went over and above to make us comfortable, even though they didn't need to. Thank you to Deniz, Niyazi, Furkan and the entire Adelya Cave Hotel team for giving us a memorable cave hotel experience.

While the Wi-Fi was poor and the room looked more dated than in the photos, the overall experience at Adelya Cave Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The tours they arranged for us were well-priced, smoothly organized, and turned out to be some of the best parts of our trip. Breakfast was abundant and tasty, and the complimentary coffee and water available all day added a thoughtful touch. The peaceful and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for those who value service, convenience, and a friendly environment over luxury.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the tours booked through the hotel were excellent and fairly priced, and the breakfast was generous and varied. We also appreciated the calm atmosphere and the complimentary coffee and water available throughout the day. A solid choice if you're looking for good service and value.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and the room was a bit outdated with some street noise, but overall, the experience was very positive.

Good experience of cave room, good breakfast

Dennis spoke excellent English which sure helped alot. The "cave" superior room was fabulous with a lovely window overlooking some of the hillside and formations. I was even able to watch the balloons taking off in the morning. Breakfast was amazing and cooked to order, with them preparing dairy free dishes for my husband. We were able to walk all around Goreme as it's a very central location. Bed and pillows comfy. Wifi excellent. Parking out front. I would definitely stay here again!
