Wonderful manager. Perfect location for us.

Wonderful place...very San Francisco! Our room even had a working fireplace outfitted with a Duraflame log. Very nice people on staff, very clean and cozy!

Good location in residential neighborhood of Pacific Heights, SF. Older house, so not modern but comfortable and clean. Lackluster breakfast, mainly breads and cereal. No parking lot, but street parking nearby.

the staff is always so accommodating and friendly. Also, a great location..,.lots of restaurants, shopping and close to beautiful walks.

My wife and I stayed here 5 nites and was quite pleased. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood so close to the bustling activities of Union, Fillmore, Lombard areas. The building is an older Victorian style but well maintained and so quiet. Our room 8 was located on 3rd floor (no elevator) was good size with couch, queen bed and small sitting area. Only complaint was mattress was too soft and in need of replacement. Bathroom was clean Shower had good pressure. Furniture a bit old but no issue. Breakfast was continental: coffee, muffins, cereals, fruit, toast. A refrigerator was available to store your cold drinks. All in all a good stay save for the too soft mattress. For SF, a good value at $250 per night. Reception was quite friendly and afternoon tea was also available. I would recommend Jackson Court.

Jackson Court is in a very good location, handy to get around San Francisco to see the sites, its a quiet neighbourhood. Jackson Court is a B&B not a hotel so you get a personnel warmth there that you don't get in a large corporate hotel. The only downside is it could do with an upgrade to the room decor and linen The included breakfast is a big bonus as this is so expensive to purchase out

Jackson Court is a Good place to stay public transport into San Fransisco easy to use, and very cheap. It is a quite area and you felt safe returning in an eveningafter dark, the staff were very helpful.

A nice place to stay in a lovely part of San Fransisco. Decor is a little dated and there was a very odd smell in the foyer and communal area but the rooms were clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful.

Great location in Pacific Heights. At under $300 this was economical by SF standards. The room was comfortable with a little deferred maintenance (loose towel rack, loose shower knob). Breakfast was skimpy and disappointing with obviously packaged croissants. On balance, fine, but with a little more attention to detail it could be outstanding.

Great location and amenities! Property is in a turn-of-the-century home which is tad tired but still charming. The neighborhood is quite upscale and has many attractions (restaurants, bars, etc.) within walking distance.
