What I LIKED was the Location.. I attended a seminar at the University of the Virgin Islands. It was an evening conference, so I felt it would’ve been too much for me to take a taxi and a ferry back to St. John where I live. Lindbergh Bay hotel is convenient for a one night stay prior to or after the fact of flying into St. Thomas. To answer the question… what I would like is the Restaurant to reopen and for the owners to continue to make building upgrades.

Limbergh Bay met us where we were and took us where we needed to be. The service was impeccable; the facilities were phenomenal; the ambient comfortable; the staff pleasant, courteous, helpful and informative, and the views incredible.

That my stay wasn't longer, so I couldn't salivate in their awesomeness a little longer.

Very close to airport and beach

No facilities at hotel. The restaurant was closed, which we expected. The information on booking.com stated that there was a free shuttle to their partner hotel, based on this we decided to book at this hotel. The shuttle was not available, we were told it had been discontinued years ago. The hotel staff said this was booking.coms fault that it was advertised. However the hotel's directory of services in the room stated there was a free shuttle, so it was not booking.coms error. In addition, the bar was closed during the period we were there, we had not been notified of this. The vending machine was empty so there was no food or drink available at the hotel. We had to pay $6 per person each way to go to their partner hotel in a taxi to get anything to eat or drink. Abysmal and the staff did not care.
