The apartment is just near the Flagstaff Gardens and Victoria Market, which is very suitable for family with small children. Very convenient access to public transportation. Walking distance to Melbourne CBD. The apartment itself was fully equipped with complete kitchen facilities. It provided everything a traveler could need during their stay, including washing machine and dryer. Overall, it was a nice experience! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and price.

Just a word of warning about these apartments. The pool, gym and sps are unavailable in the building but you have to ask to get a key for another building which is quite a distance away from the apartment. Another problem is the signage around the building stating no short stays. I've included a photo.
