Hotel Illa D'Or

Yet another fantastic holiday at the Illa d’Or. Brilliant staff, incredibly friendly and welcoming, great food and an amazing location. We will be back….

Lovely location. Poor Sunbed situation, be ready for a race at 08:50 if you want a sunbed by the beach. If you are lucky enough to get one, you need someone to keep an eye on your bed while you go to the toilet or one of the young lads will take your towels and belongings. If you go in the sea for a swim, be ready to loose your sunbed. Never have I had an experience with Sunbeds like this! Chaotic.

We had a great 5 day stay at the Hotel Illador. The hotel is a very stylish hotel in a beautiful setting with amazing staff. Everything is first class from situation to accommodation and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the two senior breakfast staff on the outside patio. A special mention for Hugo, a very professional staff member who made our evening meal such a special occasion. Couldn’t fault the Illador - a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time at Illa D’Or with our family. It catered for all ages with different pools and sitting areas, including one on the beach. There were several different eating areas and the food was amazing - really first class and the half board option was very good value. All of this but it wasn’t a huge sprawling hotel! Something that really impressed us was the efficiency of the hotel in all areas but I think this comes from a long established hotel with excellent staff.

Very good I would come back, the beach is right outside the hotel and also has a really nice pool, the rooms were great. Would recommend

Came for the birthday of a family member with teenagers and adults. Stunning sunset. Amazing food. Beautiful views. Fabulous staff. Especially Magdelena. Would highly recommend! The salt-baked seabass was fabulous, the steak also. Everything was enjoyed & all plates cleared!

.The hotel is right on the beach which provides a very pleasant outlook and is a short walk from the town centre. Very attractively furnished and decorated which gave it a relaxing feel which you don't normally find in hotels. Everyone was very helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay

A wonderful hotel and a definite new family favourite. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The facilities were brilliant. And the food in the restaurant was wonderful, especially at dinner.

We have recently returned from a 10 day break at the hotel. My husband and I travelled with our 19 year old son and 17 year old daughter. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, cool and relaxing to visit. All of the staff were friendly, smart and attentive. The views are spectacular and if you can stretch to a sea view with a balcony I would highly recommend it. The hotel is situated at the quieter end of the pine walk, for which we were relieved. Definitely gets the thumbs up from us!

Unbelievably good. Exceptional service. Amazing setting and superb food. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely come again after a beautiful evening watching the sun go down over the mountains and a memorable meal. Lunch is also excellent. Book ahead in peak holiday period.
