How close it was by stores

When we got there it wasn't very clean and something needed to be fix it only had two TVs in living room and in the main bedroom needs an update on furniture and appliances on the TVs there wasn't a lot to watch couldn't download no apps without code for tv.

We were disapointed at the condition of the appartment. The bathtubs had dirty footprints in thrm. We found cheetos chips on the floor of the bedroom, the windows in the bedrooms didnt close well, the was blood stains on the duvet and a dead cochroach in one of the beds, there wasnt any laundry and dish soa, not enough towels for the bathroom and no toilet paper rolls either.

Location was good, pool was nice when it was cleaned. For an older place it worked perfect.

Paid for early check in and was not able to get in early. Pool key did not work but was replaced. Coffee machine did not work. Towels were not clean. The porch was not accessible on either level.

No front desk, appliances in poor shape. It took 2 hours to receive towels. Kitchee N stool had a piece of metal protruding from the seat. We had to relocate to another property after 2 nights. Over ll horrible experience.

Not a thing?

Dirty Stove, Microwave, dog hair all over, live dog fleas on the beds, couldn't use the back porch due to filthy full of spider webs and dead bugs from top to bottom on the sliding doors everything is dated. Hair blower didn't work, window shades didn't work properly all broken and the place smell so bad that I got sick from the foul dog odor that night. And all they brought was an empty can of freshener and leave the windows open to try to air the rooms. Very sad that you have to put your name on place lake that and call it resort???? Who inspects these places aren't doin their job and is not worth it to you and your company to deal with garbage like that. Never again I'll book any accommodations with your company, very disappointed and felt robbed of my money. I should get my money back seriously.

Awful stay, at first glance it looked ok, until you see the carpet, sheets and surfaces were dirty! The downstairs toilet didn't work. Outside patio had broken glass and the one chair looked like a beaver got to it. Called to complain and the guy on duty said when we returned the next day from the park it would be deeped cleaned.... well it wasn't, the only thing they did was turn water on to the downstairs toilet which ran, and ran all day long. There was also a woman who sat on the playground to all hours of the night, which was right next to the unit we were staying at, to me that's creepy. I travel a lot to Florida and this is by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Please don't waste your money. Check in is slow because the gate keeper has to write down everyone's license info... how about a scanner to move it along.

I had to write a bed review but the hotel is outdated and smells bed dead insects around and very very neglected, 8.4 is not accurate with Expedia’s numbers, sorry but they need to improve tremendously.
