The covers had stains on them, I felt like I was at a motel. The place is needs an upgrade on furniture.

Space, private bathroom, pool entry, the security and neighborhood safety also nice residents.

Brandon was awesome. The prior reservation I had double booked two families, and he took care of us within 15 mins and had me and my kids some place to stay. That meant alot to me because we were 6 hours away from home.

Up stairs toilet bath hanger is broke you have to put your hand in there to flush it. That's so nasty In whoever was here before left nasty underwear in the draw In that's so nasty .! The tub was drity barely had wash clothes to take showers I felt like I was about to fall in the roof it the master bed room was making so much noise washer was licking water everywhere.

Customer service was poor

It was okay the first house had a hole in the ceiling but once i called the front they moved me quickly.

one of my bedroom was molded and leaking from the roof and the orther bed had hair on the bed wasn’t able to get any towels only one tv worked the first night and then the second night it got fixed I was very disappointed and will not never return

The cleanliness, the access to the swimming pool, peaceful environment and the location of the houses.
