Berkley Lake Townhomes

Location and security were awesome. The unit was ok but was hoping more for the value

Had some damaged blinds all around the house, no ceiling fan, no pots n pans and one room had no light at all

AWFUL, the AC didn’t work, didn’t have access to the facilities because I was never given the circle fob they said I would, it was dirty when we got there like no one had gotten the place ready, and there weren’t enough towels for 5 people even though we specified our group amount. Also only one toilet paper per bathroom, 1-ply, with NO BACKUPS. Worst stay, unresponsive host, DO NOT STAY HERE, save yourself the trouble.

It was disappointing.. the maintenance was zero whatever thing we touched it was already out of order.. it wasn't comfortable and the utensils were of steel which wasn't even cleaned properly.. As a vacation home it must be fully equipped to meet the expectations and it was charged heavenly but wasn't upto the par!

The place was an absolute dump. The unit we were originally in had water leakage from the upstairs toilet, a broken washing machine, no hot water, and numerous other cosmetic issues. Unit 2 we were placed in was much cleaner; however the AC was broken, ants were climbing all over, and the washing machine was also broken.

The property was in very poor conditions and not very clean. Besides being very dated, there was a very bad smell in the master bedroom's bathroom. It smelled like sewer. It also smelled bad in the half bathroom downstairs. Obviously, there was a plumbing problem. Most of the curtains were broken and the lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. I was very surprised that they would rent out this unit in such bad conditions.

The furniture was totally out dated! The washing machine didn’t work! The linens were wet when we arrived! The refrigerator door had a broken handle!

Nothing this time.

Non of the televisions worked, NO towels. No front desk to even ask for any. THE SERCURITY LADY WAS SO RUDE THIS TIME. JUST HORRIBLE THIS TIME.

Property just lacked any of the house needs i had to go buy trash bags, dish soap , pots and pans it want the worst in the world but it could’ve been better but for the price i probably stay again sometime
