Berkley Lake Townhomes

After a very difficult situation with a different property, we chose Berkley Lake. Brandon was helpful and allowed us early access to the property.

The property allocated was not a representation of the unit shown in the pictures. There unit was extremely tired and was only surface clean. The fridge and oven were both damaged and the furniture was faded and worn, We were given 4 bath towels for a 2 1/2 bathroom property and there was no pool key. When we asked for this, it took 5 days for one to be delivered to us.

ThIS place didn't live up to its high rating. I booked for 7 people, but got a unit for 6. Communication was poor, and the place was dirty with insufficient supplies like toilet paper and trash bags. If you need any toilet papers or tash bags, you will have to give them 24hours notice. The air vent has mold like around the vent. On the last night, I found a bug on the bed. I wish I could upload video and pictures on here.

Nice location and safe neighborhood. Home was nice.

The townhouse we stayed at was not the cleanest and had an old smell to it but it was a last minute choice because the one we were to get originally got canceled cause of a communication issue, but there was issues with the fridge not cooling good and the microwave did not heat at all , but everything else was okay

The location was close to Mecum auction event.

It is tired. The blinds have many missing pieces which leaves little privacy and no ability to keep out any light from the street lights or the sun in the mornings.

the last minute convience of the property. The area looked nice. The property was spacious and has alot of potential.

Decent, ok-ish option if doing a late booking, good location and neighborhood, air conditioning. Can pay with card.

Unclean: there were hairs in the towel/bathroom, stain in the towels, stains in the main bathtub The payment is processed by the property managers and they do it offline, outside of the Booking.com system. Not sure how protected you will be but we did not have issues, just confused when we were asked on a call to provide the credit card details (in the end you could provide only the 4 last digits) Not fully equipped: not enough clean towels, missing garbage bags, only the absolute essentials (bar soap in bathrooms, but no dishwasher, paper towel, etc) The main door seems to have been forced at some point. If you can, bring your own pillows, the ones provided are super small and fluffy Noisy washing machine (we only used it once and a limited cycle) The house could use a refreshment in terms of furniture
