Condo was very comfortable. It overlooked the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t realize when booking that our room wouldn’t be cleaned. (Our own mistake). Lots of shopping and dining nearby but also very busy area.

We loved our room and we loved our view. We had a few issues with the TVs not working in our room and we also we’re not able to have laundry detergent delivered, unless we went to the front desk. Other than that we loved our stay!

Beautiful grounds, great location, nicely furnished unit and a great view from our lanai.

This is a nice place if you want kitchen and laundry services with a condo experience rather than hotel. They offer detergent and dishwasher cleaner. I had a one bedroom with a view of the water. Property is a little dated. One of the pools was being renovated during my stay. Parking is in a garage. Views of the ocean and sunset are possible, but I could not find access out of my room. The property manager there, Kim, is really helpful and nice and seems to really care about your experience.

When booking we look for resorts that offer housekeeping, cooking facilities etc. When booking we saw that the resort offered housekeeping once per stay. Our booking was for 9 days so a change of sheets and towels would be required. When arriving we were advised that no housekeeping is offered free and as we had a washer and dryer in the complex we could do our own. I also received an email after our stay from Cynde Vannatta confirming that they do not offer housekeeping free. Why then is Hotels.com stating this resort offers it. It is misinformation that impacted the quality of our stay

Only 1 of 2 pools promised was open but very dirty and had roaches swimming in it and the hot tub was broken. The furniture was very old, moldy bathroom and shower head was ancient. The tv in bdrm was 13” and the furniture was stained. Parking inderground in tight spaces was difficult. The front desk personnel left at 7pm and a guard patrolled at 10pm, leaving no security in between that time & early morning.

The unit was absolutely perfect. There's not a single thing that could be improved in the unit. The ocean view was beautiful, the layout inside the unit was great and clearly has just been upgraded because it's stunning inside. My only complaint was the scumbag pot smoking turd who rented (or owned) next door. He would go out on his balcany 5-6 times a day to get high and the smell was overwhelming.

Clean, spacious condo & a short drive from restaurants, grocery etc. The swimming pool area and the ocean views were spectacular. Reception & concierge staff/service was helpful and friendly. Parking was conveniently located. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc.
