Loved our view. Didn’t like all tile floors. Could use area rugs because floor is not clean despite housekeeping mopping. Front desk and all staff helpful and cheerful.

Beautiful resort, excellent staff, was clean and quiet even though we were close to the road! Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views even if you have a room that doesn't have an ocean view you can walk out into the common areas and get a great view of the sunset! Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful landscaping. Our unit was very nicely decorated. Good value for the price. You do need a car to get around. I would definitely stay there again

Royal sea cliff was just amazing- from the lovely staff who helped us at every step- waiting for us even though we arrived late- no fault of ours as our flight was delayed by 3 hours and ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Kilani on the front desk was especially helpful from that night till the day we left when we had left something in the apartment and she helped retrieve it!

The square footage of the condo was amazing! Nice big rooms, very clean, high end appliances and furnishings. Property amenities very nice! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also it is close to attractions, shopping and restaurants! I recommend restaurants and shopping on Ali’i Drive right on the Pacific Ocean front!
