Very nice stay nice to have parking

Great condo, big, ocean view, great pool, everything you need ; ability to do late check out was a plus ! Love it !

We stayed here from 4/2 till 4/10 and had awesome experience. Property is great and clean, condos are spacious, it is quite and safe around. Only one small disadvantage is lack of shopping infrastructure and beaches in walkable distance, but if you have a car, you can reach shopping, dinning, beaches after the 10 minutes drive

We enjoyed our stay overall. First time to Hawaii. We did lots of tours and didn't really spend time in the room except to eat, bathe and sleep. The courtyard gardens and sitting areas were lovely, the location to the sea and to town was lovely, the week we were there the pools were mostly quiet and unused and therefore wonderful, the sunsets amazing. The unit we were in was very dated and used by a lot of vacationers through the years. Could use a bit of an update, especially the bathroom areas.

There were cockroaches in the condo. It was disgusting. I would have Never stayed in a place like that here on the mainland, but since I flew to Hawaii I had no where else to go and was stuck there.

It’s a fine property. Not super upscale, but certainly not a hole in the wall. I would go back again. It’s quiet and relatively clean. The staff was wonderful, and they have daily events for tourists - ie bracelet and lei making. One pool was very cold, but the other one was good. It’s in a very good location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. My only wish is that it had its own bar/restaurant on the resort. All in all I’d give it a solid 6.5-7/10.

Great place for a family. Property was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals or go to the beach. Although the place may be a little dated/needs upgrading, it was very clean. I wouldn’t say it’s walking distance to shops/restaurants for people with young children. It was about a half hour walk and hot) We made it work. The workers at the resort were really nice and accommodating. They even had little activities at the resort that were either complimentary or very cheap. Would stay here again

Great property, well maintained, friendly staff. Other guests the only issue as some smoked on lanai and some thought using a loudspeaker at the pool (rather than earbuds or headphones) was acceptable.

The Royal Sea Cliff was exactly what we were looking for! It was so wonderfully quiet. We stayed in a little condo that had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and clean! We have no complaints at all. The staff were fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing week! We hope to be back soon!

Very average, the air conditioner was crazy loud. No gym and access to beach.
