Royal Sea Cliff Kona by OUTRIGGER

Will definitely go back. Our room was spacious with three sliding doors onto two big decks. One deck was covered for meals and one open for sun tanning. Clean, great tv channels is always a bonus. Staff very friendly. Complex just gorgeous. Pool was great too.

The staff was friendly and the resort pools were nice.

Our unit has excellent ocean view watched beautiful Kona sunset every day itself worth price of admission. Kitchen very well stocked, water kettle for tea would be real nice. Facility quite dated but very clean well kept n maintained. Staff mostly friendly helpful. Parking is an adventure each day entrance n exit quite challenging be careful if driving larger vehicle. Finding parking spot can be crap shoot. Good location minutes drive from everything in town. Would definiely stay again when back on Big Island.

The property was well manicured with stunning views of the water. Very comfortable with excellent service.

The staff was extremely professional and the location was outstanding -close to Hona Village great restaurants, beautiful black rock coastline, and close to the airport!

What a lovely property & condo. Check-in was easy & pleasant. The view was stunning & sunsets were a delight! I would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it. The entire resort echoed peace & relaxation. The condo was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks so much.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a couple issue when we first got there and they were fast to fix it. Everything kept up nice. Pool area was wonderful.

The waterfront rooms were fantastic !
