Perfect place for a beautiful relaxing vacation

There were no dining options on the property. Unit needs updating; peeling paint, noisy dishwasher, A/C unit makes banging noise (maintenance called but no resolution). Grounds were lovely. Not walkable to any shopping and parking was bad; none assigned to unit so iffy to find a spot. Pictures nicer than actual unit. Balcony was big. Again, invest in updating.

Lovely property and unit, fun activities available but not pushy, open air layout for excellent views. Lots of pool.space. safe, free, covered parking. Close to town, beaches, market

We liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful sunsets from the property.

Was very dissatisfied with the fact that we were told to clean our own room, including the toilets (with no tools or cleaner) had to make our own bed, carry our own trash to the car garage and the bathroom from day one was full of ants. Everytime we talked to the desk there was a new thing WE were supposed to do. We actually left 4 days early from our honeymoon and are being told basically “tough luck” from both Expedia and Royal Kona. Would have expected way better service from a property so beautiful.

Nice underground parking area. Property is old and is not maintained the best. Our furniture was new, but fixtures are old. Bathroom needed a remodel. Pools were nice and well maintained. These units are individually owned so the quality of the interior is dependent on the owner. Never know what you will get. A shame their standards are not higher.

Good location. Unfortunately the property next door was undergoing renovation to it's exterior so Monday to Friday starting at 8am we heard construction noise.

This property was beautiful! 2 pools and a hot tub. Room was spacious. Activities during the day. Wonderful stay. We will come back

The master bedroom was large with its own balcony. The other spaces were nice and overall the layout worked for our family of 6. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities was great. On the downside, we had an "ocean view" room but the ocean was quite far away and the view was limited. At night the lighting was insufficient.
