Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER

Property is a little dated. The kitchen and bath were overrun with gnats when we arrived but once we got rid of them no more arrived during our stay. Security for the complex was great. The Condo was quiet and had a great location. Cleaning could be improved, there was quite a bit of hair in the bathrooms and someone else's clothes in the drawers.

Loved the pools, flowers, views, the room was perfect and felt like a second home

This was magical and yet so family oriented! Loved this place and will stay again!

Beautiful quiet property well maintained in a great location.

The location was great, close to Kona and beaches as well as grocery and dining. The property was maintained and easy to get around. We didn't get A/C and were ok with windows open the drawback is you do hear a lot of the comings and goings from other units. We would definitely stay here again!

Just like advertised- great view, great pool- we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed for two weeks and was a great location and office and security was great, enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return

This was sour 3rd time staying at this property. We love it here. It’s spacious, clean, quiet, tranquil, and great for families. We’ve enjoyed all the beautiful sunsets from our oceanfront condo. We look forward to coming back.

The ocean front condo was excellent. It was clean with all you would need to live as there as long as you wanted. We appreciated the two rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, the washer/dryer and detergent. Thanks for the cooking oil. However, this is the first condo in Hawaii (15 trips) that did have salt and pepper available for the first day. Most have had a one day supply of coffee but this was not a problem for us since we arrived while the nearby ITA was still open. The smoke alarm was beeping when we walked in. Kanaloa maintenance came in and temporarily removed the alarm. The battery was never replaced. We had no central area smoke alarm for the stay. I am not quite sure that is legal. It should not be. This property is beginning to show its age. Also, the bidet water supply was permanently disabled. It should be fixed or removed. However, even though minor things were wrong, we enjoyed our stay at the ocean front condo with a loft.

Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways.
