Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER

I’m not a fan of paying extra for air conditioning, and it was very hot inside even with all fans and doors open.

Loved that we were in front of the ocean, and that there was a pool. Check-in was terrible, we came in late and thought we were never going to get access to our condo. We had to drive 15 minutes away to get a code to get in. Ridiculous. After getting access to the suite, lamps and lights did not work, shower head didn't work, rust and dust everywhere, bugs everywhere in the kitchen, and if you had anything to eat they would find you. No kettle. Broken iron. Will not be staying here again!

Stay away from these property!!!! Extra fees for air conditioning and fees for cleaning wouldn’t recommend.

Quiet and safe.

You had to check in at one location a couple miles away. then you drive to your locations, pick up a parking pass at another desk. One until had a keyless entry, one had a lock box

AC was a sepate charge that was not clear until check in, and no screens on windows so you had to purchase the AC, one units was non operational on arrival, so we had to wait for repair person. Other took many hours to kick in and cool off unit

from 7 am to about 3 EVERY DAY except weekend only about 10 feet from our door was extremely LOUD machinery pounding crashing noises we could not sit outside it was UNETHICAL to rent this property we had a sad vacation you should give us a partial refund

Clean property. Beautiful view from balcony saw some dolphins.

Lovely views. I hope to return some day again.

Everything was great, except they were a lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches including inside the house.
