The location and fire pits.

1st room had damp carpet, a leaky toilet and broken shower diverter. The second room had very dirty vinyl flooring and drapes with holes.

It was absolutely breathtaking views. the people around there were very nice. the staff was nice. even the people staying at the hotel were nice. my wife and I had an amazing time for our anniversary/ her birthday and I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it

This is a beautiful hotel!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The view from our balcony was gorgeous as well at the walking path along the water. The restaurant was delicious. I will definitely be back!!
