Manager was very accommodating and caring. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Definitely needed to be updated.

Great spot

Excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable bed and room. Cute boardwalk by the water. The real outstanding quality of this hotel is the wonderful, caring, helpful staff. From reception to the shuttle driver to the incredibly sweet breakfast lady who really REALLY wanted to feed me, every interaction I had was warm and accommodating. It was a lovely stay.

This place is pet friendly. We don’t have a pet but our room smelled like they had been a dog in there. We couldn’t sit on the couch cuz it smelled bad, like a dog had slept there

Chase suite was a good stay. Room didn’t have an iron. My tub felt like was going to go through. But besides that. Great stay. Fished off dock in back. We donate 2 new fishing poles. For guess can use.

Great place

Checked into 1 room and immediately went to the front desk for a different one. Found hair and pills on the floor. Rooms were very outdated, property is run down and still damaged from the storms. The 2nd room was better than the first but still dirty to the point of needed disinfectant wipes. Had to wipe down the entire bathroom floor before using it. Don’t walk anywhere in the room without sandals otherwise your feet would be dirty. Cleaning people must do a rushed job. Maid service was rushing us out of the room prior to checkout time. Breakfast was very minimal. Would never stay here again.
