Older property. Never stay here before. Was a little leery but I thought I would give it a try. Check in was smooth. Didn’t really like seeing bath towels with pubic hair and some towels were dirty. 2nd and final night a pipe busted and wet the side of my bed. My backpack got ruined. Called management and we moved to another room at 1:00 am. Very very inconvenient. No apology and money refunded. First and last time I stay here.

Loved the location but upon arrival to airport we called and asked for a shuttle and receptionist said the shuttle was broken and that we needed to get a cab. So we had to get a Uber and once we arrived at place, the receptionist said the shuttle was working now and running. We mentioned about getting reimbursed for the charges and they said to email the manager. We emailed the manager and sent our recipes for Uber and hav eyes to hear back.

Beautiful property right on the water. Nice front desk clerks, especially Katy. Sadly Chase doesn't take caah for payments and two of the front desk clerk ladies didnt know how to split the bill between two credit cards, stating "I haven't been given acceaa to do that."

Very friendly reception & staff at breakfast & happy hour. Clean & everything you need, but it looks like an older suite hotel from a past chain. Enjoyed having a deck that overlooked the water near our room & having a fun restaurant right next door. More plug ins for charging would be helpful.

The hotel is in need of updating. Stove and fridge are old, bathroom door did not shut all the way, bedroom door handle was hanging off door. It is in a great location with Bahama Breeze being right next door and the airport is withing 2 miles.
