Chase Suite Hotel Rocky Point Tampa

Nice property located close to downtown and airport. Nice to have a full kitchen and room to relax. There are some minor exterior damages stil being repaired from Hurricane but over all property has rebounded nicely. Also, nice to have the dock area for reaxing in the evening. Nice breakfast, hot and tasty but go early or they run out and dont restock. Footsteep to Bahama Breeze, use the worn patch beside dumpster. Finally the airport shuttle also will take you anywhere within 5 miles of hotel.

We have had issues almost every day of our seven-night stay. I made several attempts to talk to the manager, and on one of my attempts, the staff advised me to email the manager. I am not on vacation to write emails. I let everyone at the front desk know I was unhappy with my stay, no one really did anything except handing me the card of the GM which I understand but she was not easy to find.If the GM cared about the guests, she would have attempted to contact me… Long story short. Cockroaches Shuttle is unreliable Wifi unstable The staff was unhelpful with a few exemptions (the young lady that was doing night shifts was very helpful and pleasant) If you don't speak Spanish, it's hard to communicate with some of the staff members, if not most The housekeepers did a good job despite the rundown building. They kept it clean Breakfast is bad Coffee is good

Good experience

Convienent to airport. Breakfast ok, coffee not great and only available at breakfast. One restaurant next door. Nothing else in walking distance.

Great bang for your buck. Room was huge and clean. Staff were very helpful. Used the shuttle to go to the mall, and out for dinner, that was very helpful! It was in a quiet area and the pool was cool and clean! Would return!

The check in gals were very nice, limited English though. The bathtub filled with water and was still not drained 3 hours before we checked out. There was a desk chair that was falling apart and would give way if someone large and heavy sat in it. But other than those things it was a lovely place to stay.
