Location was excellent. So clean and comfortable

The roo.m was clean, comfortable and well lit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent as right in the Town centre. room is clean. Mixer in the shower was good unlike some of the other rooms.

The bed was terrible, it was a "zip n link" bed, which was not zipped correctly, the mattresses kept separating and leaving a gap which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on

Great location, close to shops and public transport. Very clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our weeks stay.

Noise from the pub and noise and door banging from guests.

The room was comfortable enough, and very clean. Pub-lovers will love having the bar downstairs. The inn is very central.

The main problem was the extreme noise coming from the bar on the floor directly before the bedroom I was in. Early afternoon, the noise coming from the bingo game going on beneath my feet was very loud and impossible to ignore. As to be expected, the noise in the evening was even worse, not only from the pub, but also outside the front door where people congregate to smoke. I was surprised to note that the pub was even raucous until 2am on Tuesday morning!

The hotel & staff was more than expected. Ideal for our concert in the Abbey.

Steel staircase outside to room it was very difficult to climb stairs and it was raining heavily I am disabled with a stick and frightened I may fall I certainly couldn't stay again due to this issue it's not the fault of the hotel I just didn't realise how awkward it would be for me!

Good sized modern feeling room, comfy bed and large TV with apps such as Netflix installed. There's a car park opposite which is really handy.

Unfortunately the noise let it down a little for me There is very loud music in the pub below (we stayed on a Saturday) until after midnight so you can hear a constant thudding. I slept through it but if you're a light sleeper it's probably one to avoid.
