Great value for money , friendly people , clean

Clean, bright room and good location.

Having to walk through smelly barrel storage and smoking area to get to the stairs.

Central and the staff were fantastic.

We were not informed of a party at the pub and the noise was deafening even from the room. The TV did not work and walking through a back alley passing a number of smokers was very off putting and intimidating

Basically one street over from town centre, car park right outside is free after 6pm as long as you leave before 8am the next morning. Easy check in and out. Went to the bar to check in, checked out before they opened so just left my card in the room. Shower was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Not particularly an issue for me as I was up at 7am, but the doors are heavy and slam closed to lock, so when other guests are exiting/entering their rooms, it's a lot of loud banging and hearing people chat in the enclosed hallway. Again, not a problem for me, but music was going in the pub itself until quite late. I can easily sleep with music in the background, but something to be aware of. Very good for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't suggest stays longer than a weekend or so.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Location was ideal in the centre of town.

The room it's self was nice but the bath in the bedroom just seemed strange but that maybe just me 😄
