Rooms were clean, comfortable. Location was good

Access to the rooms was outside up metal staircase... Not too good for my elderly dad and slippy when rained

"Doubt we will stay again"

Location. Clean warm room, new carpet, curtains, new shower room.

Outwith the hotels control, guests coming and going all night, very noisy, no consideration for other guests. Letting the cold into the building during the night for numerous cigarette trips, I’m sorry but coming and going on winters night between 4/5 am?, the earplugs provided are absolutely useless as was the tiny shower towel, no hand towel provided, but a bottle of complimentary water, shower gel and shampoo and tea coffee etc. Housekeeping in the morning very friendly.
