Good area/part of town, nice views of city and mountains, host was amazing and attentive, clean room, cheaper per day parking than other hotels

Air unit took forever to cool room down. Slow elevators. Parking situation was frustrating

No instructions on how to work the tv, blinds control didn’t work, no ironing board - this was day 1. Day 2 at 7:30 am pest control guys come in to spray the room, fire alarm goes off and I call security, dude said it’s his second day there and he’s calling his supervisor. What did I like? The 1970’s outdated look and beat up walls and doors.

Oh let me count the things, outdated room, floors that are missing a few planks, stained yucky couch, no ironing board, no hot water in the shower - maintenance came to finally adjust it. No pool, no jacuzzi, parking fees, no front desk.

The Condo was awesome nice and clean.

Well I was very dissapointed on my first day there was no electricity some people we're getting out of there I couldn't believe it that was on my first day I arrived, 7 days later of being there I was showering and heard an alarm going on so I panic and got out and check it was the building alarm than I heard a jack hammer very annoying a loud noise I said oh no this is annoying the loudness of the building I was so fraustrated so I called booking.com to complained after I texted my host she never replyied back than last I washed and my clothes came out soaked that I put it to dry about 5 times even worst of fraustated. I wish the host would of been honest about the electricity and loud noise.

It was clean, spacious, walking distance to the main strip of Waikiki. There is an ABC store, grocery store (food pantry) and eateries close by. It had all the facilities we needed. Beautiful views from the apartment. The owners were very helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place!
