Наявність тараканів, не якісно прибраний номер перед заїздом, ігнорування від персоналу при наявності проблем ( не могли відкрити вихід на балкон, під час аварії з електрикою просто перестали відповідати на телефонні дзвінки , мейли та повідомлення

Location was good and easy to park

Plywood covering the sliding door with no access to balcony and no notice was given to us during booking or at any other point. It was like being in a cave. Music from downstairs kept us awake. Maintenance crews entered unit during our stay with no notice.

Stayed June 2025, was very disappointed that we could not use the balcony due to construction works in the building. This was also noisy at times. Feel that we should have been told about this prior to arriving, and offered some compensation. Also endured a night without power and air conditioning. Power off for 14hrs. Apartment needs some repair work.

Easy access to swimming, shopping and eating

No microwave

The location was wonderful, close to the beach, Marina and stores. Danielle was very helpful and accommodating to my needs.

The bathtub was very slippery, there was no safety mat or bathmat. I fell and bruised my leg. There were no sprinkler systems in the facility. That was quite alarming to me. The balcony was not really a balcony. I couldn’t even take a chair out there to sit.

The rooms were filthy and we ended up having to book alternative accommodation because we couldn't stay in the rooms. I am waiting for a refund.
