Highland Rose Country House Spa

Thank you for a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the cold, the electric blanket was luxurious. I loved the morning breakfast by the fireplace, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Safe off-street and undercover parking. Little fridge is a nice bonus as well as the very hot showers.

It was a little difficult to find because the GPS was taking me in circle and the road quite bumpy for my little car, but it was close to town. Not much of a problem

It was clean the staff was excellent. Friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Best omelet i ever had.

The double bed in the room. Was not comfortable. Think maybe new beds. Otherwise everything else was perfect

I was very excited about going away for my 50th birthday and was looking forward to the spoil of a spa treatment. Unfortunately instead, tears were shed that morning because my treatment was forgotten about We only saw Carol 2 days later and her apology was half hearted and she didn't even offer to make it right. The staff at the country house did everything they could to make me feel special and are amazing. Thanks to them, otherwise we would've come home sooner. Carol doesn't attend to the guests at all. It would've been nice of her to communicate to the guests about load shedding and the lack of water. The security was sent out to try and sort out the water issue, she didn't bother to check to see if we were alright. I was disappointed in the lack of management by Carol, this made my stay unpleasant. Was not a happy guest because of her attitude
