Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beaufort West, SC

Amazing. Hugh room, comfortable bed, really really good breakfast, and the owner and staff were excellent. If I come back to Beaufort I will book this hotel again.

I loved everything. Nothing was wrong.

Did not eat breakfast, place was empty hardly anyone staying at this hotel. Cleanliness not the best. Close to destination, very quiet.

Place had a smell of someone who did not use deodorant! Beds were way too soft. Used washcloths left in bathroom! Elevator was dirty and had not been cleaned inside for sometime. Vertical lines permanently showing in television. Entire facility looked like it could stand a good cleaning from top to bottom.

It’s conveniently located.

The pool was unclean and the doors leading inside filthy despite not being used by other guests.

I was SHOCKED at how disgusting this hotel is. It looks nothing like the pictures they share on Priceline. The outside is run down and literally falling apart, we heard the roof of the awning in front squeak with the wind. The stench of mold and mildew hit us in the face as soon as we walked into dark, damp lobby. The pool area and glass was dirty and the water was cloudy. Blood stains on the carpet, shorting out lights blinking in the halls, paint peeling from the ceiling and walls, right away the door key didn't work and we were given a different room. The windows on the 3rd floor slide open with no safety screens and mites in the window sills. The beds were squeaky and dirty. The room smelled heavily of mold and mildew, covered by the scent of room spray. No trash bags in the cans, the fridge didn't work, the ac didn't work. As soon as we checked in, we checked out and I still can taste that hotel in the back of my throat. After complaining to Priceline, The women at the front desk agreed to a full refund. If I'm not fully refunded, I plan to write to the state and local governments, I will complain to every news station, I will report them to the BBB and report on the condition of this hotel on every social media platform. The truth is, this hotel should be condemned and torn down IMMEDIATELY. It is a public health and safety hazard

Upon check-in, we were given keys and when we opened the door to our room, it was a dirty room that had never been cleaned. Unmade beds and trash in different places. we had to walk downstairs to get a different room. Coffee was watery and cold which we were told would be made all night long. And my credit card got charged along with my debit card. Breakfast attendant was not nice when we pointed out that it was not real coffee but water. Other guests were complaining as well.

Location is great. What we needed for a quick trip to Beaufort.

The pool was discolored and had way too much chlorine. I think the discoloration was from too much chemical. My swimsuit has been washed a couple of times and been to the lake since our trip and still smells like chlorine.

Beds are uncomfortable, gym equipment non functional

I love our rooms, staff were polite and respectful and the location of of the hotel easily accessible.

The elevator is so slow, the will not flush sometimes.
