I liked the good price for a one night stay, location, the room layout, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel room wasn’t very clean. Shower was dirty, outlets covers, the walls, the tv was broken and had lines across it, trash cans didn’t have trash bags, the ac unit had black mold on it and the curtains above it. And all on top of that, I woke up sick. Then when we walked down to go get breakfast, we see there was no breakfast out at all. Not even cereal cups. When we asked where’s the breakfast, the front desk worker said the woman who usually does it was out sick. So there’s only one person in the whole hotel staff that prepares the breakfast?

The location of the property was great, there is literally any restaurant you could want not far and it had an indoor pool which was great for the kids

The halls were not cleaned, there was dirt on the floors that stayed there the entire 3 days we were there and stuff along the walls. There were stains on sheets. Their rooms smelt musky and mildewed. Showers in room were not properly cleaned. The person checking us in, we got 2 rooms, charged us 4 times. We got it fixed but really big inconvenience.

Hotel was close to shopping and the beaches weren’t too far away.

Breakfast was average.

It was a decent place if you arent planning on using the pool

The pool was DISGUSTING. It had hair floating all throughout it. Diaper residue, the gel stuff that swells when it gets wet littered the water. The water was green. Staff had no extra towels. We tried to get a fitted sheet for the hide a bed but she said they had none....why offer the hide a bed if you dont have sheets for it? Reading back on reviews someone else had complained about the same thing. That was my fault for not reading!
