Location was nice clean rooms

Elevator did not work, manager did not inform us upon check in. Keys do not work if you use bolt at night.

The people the manager is nice person 100%

I really wanted to like this resort, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The room was crawling with bugs, which made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and humid throughout our stay. The biggest issue is that the property seems completely unprepared for rain. Even a small shower caused flooding in multiple areas, making it difficult to get around and creating a messy, unpleasant environment. For the price we paid, I expected much better maintenance and basic accommodations. The location is nice, but the bugs, lack of A/C, and flooding problems completely overshadowed any positives. I wouldn’t stay here again.

La atención en el bar pedimos 2 tragos un mojito la hierbabuena fue triturada con la mano el ron del tragos era muy poco ya que sabía a una infusión

Location was great, pool and bar were also very nice. Bed comfy and room was clean.

Shower either ran very hot or very cold, free breakfast was awful - gallon of milk just sitting out without any ice, 1 kind of cereal, waffle mix was also just sitting out and did not look good. They would make eggs but only scrambled. Elevator was a frightening experience - we mainly took the stairs even though we were on the 4th floor. View from the lanai was a parking lot and tennis courts although the view from the front of the room was beautiful. Too bad the hotel wasn't flipped the other direction. Because the tiki bar is open to the public after 4:00, there were some questionable people there who clearly were not staying at the hotel. They allowed smoking at the bar (including pot) which caused my husband and me to have to move.
