A great place to stay, close to everything. Food and bar in evening very entertaining, great staff and fun times.

It was clean, room was comfortable.

BReakfast was lacking — only breads, bacon, coffee, juices and scrambled eggs and waffles. No yogurts, cereal, fruit, pancakes, sausage, danish, muffins.we did get beach chairs and umbrella (broken). No daily maid service.

Let’s begin with what is advertised on the website is not what you actually get. Daily room service for simple things like towels; not here. Do you want ice? You will have to make sure you get to the lobby before they lock up because the only ice machine is at the front desk and the employee has to get your ice. This place feels more like a motel with a bar than it does a resort. It’s a little strange having some of the employees live there as well. Customer service is something you won’t find here. We were reminded “we’re not at home” because we dared to ask for a real blanket and some extra pillows for our son. There was no greeting when checking in. Instead the employee mumbled something at me and stared. The room was “remodeled”. It was very dirty with crumbs and stains on the fold up mattress, stains on the walls in the bathroom, improper seals on shower so it floods out when you take a shower, and mold in the barely working ac units. Whatever you paid for your stay; it cost too much. On the plus side it is close to a Publix. You will need that for breakfast because whenever they run out of something at the continental breakfast it doesn’t get restocked. They have a pool with a bar. At 4 everyday they let non-guests come in and drink at the bar. Not very safe for a family environment.

This resort needs to have better waitstaff. They cater to the local crowd. The pool has limited lounge chairs and people staying in other rentals actually come and take up the chairs leaving the paying customers no lounges chairs at the pool. Seems odd they let that happen. No ice machines, if you need ice you must go to the office. The units need full stoves and full refrigerators with ice makers or at least have ice machines on each floor. The resort fee is another 283 they charge you without telling you what it's about. The bartenders have no class the way they act and talk. You would think you were in a dive bar. Super disappointing to say the least. Nice location but certainly need to up the training for staff at the restaurant/bar. The best part was the live music. We will not be returning there are other resorts that are so much better.
