Elevator was an issues over the stay. Also breakfast could have been better! Also bed wasn’t the comfortable!

Long wait for breakfast

The newly renovated rooms are very nice and clean.

I guess since they are under renovation, there are 2 elevators that are not working that’s why going up and or down takes a long time. But other than that, everything else is good.

I loved the rooms and how attentive the staff were with getting items to the rooms. Property was clean and well maintained.

The wait for the elevators was a nightmare. My family and I had to take the stairs(28floors) to make our dinner reservation we had booked. They also were in the middle of renovations which was a bit of a damper as well.

Was clean View was great even though we stayed at 42nd floor.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes every time we have to use the elevator. As there was construction so much noise around. Room was clean but the bathroom tiles were extremely slippery Swimming pool was not that clean and was always busy. Parking is $83 even on the winter time. (Offsite parking available if we use a shuttle bus for $35+hst.

Bed is good. Falls view was great

Elevator long waiting up to 20 min. Construction on the site noise and sand everywhere. Parking was too expensive and off site was a long waiting ride. Breakfast was really really basic with a bad attitude of the staff to remind us to clean up after ourselves for several times.
