The property itself was nice and clean cannot complain.

The elevators were a joke. Every time you go to the elevator it takes forever to come and is always packed to capacity . There is always a long line up of people waiting.There was constant drilling and banging very early in the morning. We could not relax it was so bad. The front desk staff was not friendly at all but the other staff was ok.

The room was clean and staff generally friendly

They cancelled our reservation by accident. They found us another room but it was clearly a room that wasn’t ready/ still under construction. It wasn’t designed yet, no mirrors, art, chair or table in the room. The tape was still on the floor that showed where each piece was meant to go. It was very odd. You also couldn’t reach the plugs because the side tables were too big

Rooms are clean and spacious

They have construction going on .have to wait 20-30 mins at times for the elevator. Their breakfast is worse than what motels offer. Everything frozen n not properly warmed. TGIF, The restaurant in their lobby area ,the bartenders were not very pleasant to talk with. 100$ for valet parking, 70$ for hotel self parking n 35$ for offsite parking with shuttle bus service to hotel.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. This hotel is highly misleading, overpriced, and poorly managed. I booked a Falls View room, but the actual view was nothing like the photos—completely disappointing and not worth the premium price. Basic amenities were missing as well—no complimentary water bottle, which is unacceptable. The elevator situation is a disaster. If your room is above the 10th floor, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more every time you need to go up or down. Completely frustrating and poorly managed. Parking is another rip-off. There is no proper on-site parking included—self-parking costs an additional $75 and valet is $100. These hidden costs are unreasonable and not clearly communicated upfront. Breakfast was chaotic and poorly organized. The line was extremely long, seating capacity was insufficient, and basic items like bread were not refilled on time. Clearly, they are not equipped to handle their guests. The staff made things worse. The receptionist was rude and seemed more interested in upselling a “panoramic view” for an extra $75 rather than actually helping guests. To top it off, the gym was closed, which was never communicated in advance. Overall, this place is all hype and no substance—overpriced, poorly run, and not worth your money. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
