Good view in high floors

So crowded and there weren’t enough elevators. Sometimes I waited more than 15 minutes

The outside staff was Really friendly and helpful....

The reception staff was not at all friendly and helpful...never had a smile even...specially when we were checking out... The bathroom was not cleaned properly...there was hair on the floor and on the bathroom walls.. My room was 2310 Plus the morning breakfast should have more variety for the amount of money charged... Thanks

The location and view of the fall was nice.The front desk was helpful to change our room. The room was nice but I didn't like the beds.

The elevator situation was awful. We stayed on the 29th floor and it took us 10 min or more to get an elevator each time..Also the breakfast service was poor. We waited 25 min to be seated on a shared table with strangers. The breakfast was basically egg, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and cereal. You expect more from a hotel charging 313 a night. To top it all on the day we were checking out after 15 min waiting for the elevator I called the front desk to complain. The elevator passed out the floor 3 times without stopping. The operator just hung up on me before I even finished my sentence. My friend and some other families took the stairs from the 29th floor down.

The room’s interior design was not satisfactory. The beds were positioned poorly, especially the one next to the window, which blocked the view of the falls. In addition, we did not feel any privacy, as a nearby hotel overlooked on our room despite being on the 24th floor. There was also an insufficient number of drawers for a room accommodating six people. The room was not cleaned properly, and the safety box battery was not working. Overall, this suggests that proper inspection of the room was not carried out before our arrival. We also raised a concern about the mattress. Although we were told it was new, it did not appear to be so. Despite these issues, I was only offered a $35 discount, which did not reflect the inconvenience we experienced. Breakfast was another disappointing experience. There was very limited variety, especially for Muslim guests. As we only consume halal food, the lack of halal meat was a significant issue. Furthermore, my wife ordered a vegetable omelet but found a small piece of pork in it. This was extremely concerning, and she could not continue eating. As a result, I also did not feel comfortable eating any of the available options. We chose to celebrate Eid in Niagara Falls and stay at your hotel to enjoy this special occasion. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.

This hotel is being renovated to become a Hyatt. And everyone who booked prior to this information is setup for a disappointing stay. We booked a Falls View room, but we were immediately upsold to a presidential suite because of the concerns they had about construction noise. Being tired and trusting, we agreed to the nicer room after some back and forth haggling. It felt like we were buying a car with the front desk employee repeatedly going back behind the wall to speak with a manager. The elevator situation is a disaster. If your room is above the 10th floor, be prepared to wait 15 minutes or more every time you need to go up or down. Completely frustrating and poorly managed. We were on the 22nd floor and found it easiest to take stairs to 18th floor and then the “blue elevator” to lobby or parking garage. If you have young children and strollers or mobility issues requiring an elevator, this hotel borders on being a safety hazard because of the extremely long wait times, especially around check in and during breakfast. Oh breakfast….wow. If you go during peak times, be prepared for lines and overflow in a convention room, sharing tables, and bussing your own tables. Like a summer camp retreat experience. Ridiculous. Parking is another rip-off. There is no proper on-site parking included—self-parking costs an additional $75 and valet is $100. Per night. There is off site parking but requires shuttle service and it’s still $35/night. Luckily we were able to get these fees waived because the experience was THAT bad. To top it off, the gym was closed, which was never communicated in advance. The construction noise and worker activity was so intense the hotel should have been closed. Nothing like smelling saw dust waiting in line for breakfast. Overall, this place is all hype and no substance—overpriced, poorly run, and not worth your money. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. The only positive was the incredible views and location of this hotel from the falls.
