Beautiful view and clean room. Free room upgrade and additional vouchers for breakfast and cocktail hour drinks for inconveniences from their renovations.

They are undergoing renovations so 2 of 5 elevators are not in service causing long lines to get to your rooms (walking 22 flights is a lot as an alternative). Because approximately 6 floors of rooms are being renovated, there was a lot of early morning noise.

The renovations are great. The updates are classy and beautiful.

Half the elevators were not working and the hotel was jam packed with March break visitors. We waited 40 minutes for an elevator when leaving. The breakfast ended at 9:30 and that is not enough time - especially with all the additional visitors for March break. Our beds didn't have bedside lamps and we had to use the pot lights

We stayed here for two nights in March 2026. This hotel is under full renovation so prepare yourself. To begin the rooms are actually nice, I have no real complaints there. The location is also amazing next to the incline railway down to the falls and the breakfast was fine. Other than that, the experience was not a good one heres the lowlights: -The jackhammer’s start up at some point around 7:35 in the morning. They are renovating rooms in the lower and upper levels so you can’t escape them. - the fitness room is closed, I suspect part of the construction. There is no notification anywhere on our website, but it would not be open. -the elevators in this hotel are the worst I’ve ever been in. Only half of the elevators are currently working and lineups to go upstairs, especially at peak times, can be half an hour. If you are upstairs beyond floor 18 and want to go down, you will be waiting 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator to come. Some people were opting to climb 20+ floors to avoid waiting it was that bad. -Cleaning staff never came to our room. As I understand it, they are changing from an Embassy Suites to a Hyatt and the renovations are supposed to be completed this summer, I was talking to a construction worker about this, and he laughed and said they would be lucky if it was done by Christmas. I would steer clear of this place until at least Christmas of 2026, maybe all these things will be fixed by then.

The noise from the construction in the hotel a d the traffic in going to the elevators. 2 cars are not working making the lift too slow and packed inside the car.

The wait lines for the elevator were quite long as 2 were out of service, and the construction noise at 730 in the morning as the hotel is under major renovations that we were not notified about till we got there,
