We had an incredible experience in this property over Christmas. Everyone we encountered on the Westin team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Beautiful impeccable facilities. We had a junior suite and access to the concierge lounge. The concierge lounge has a lovely buffet which allows you the opportunity to order some dishes - see attached menu. It also offers a happy hour from 5 to 7 which varied every day. There no longer is a shuttle to the V&A since COVID but it is an easy walk of Uber/taxi ride to get to. The Christmas lunch was exceptional in variety.

Iron did not work - took an hour to replace. Door stopped working, battery had to be replaced - this took 1h30. There was some issues with the lights.
