"Absolutely suited our needs."

Good price. Good countryside location-close but far from Edinburgh. Very clean. Warm as you want. Great staff. Self check-out. Car parking. Large shower. Good food freshly cooked. Good room size. Good well placed tv.

Pillows on bed - just not comfy. Close to fast road. Not much to do nearby.

"Preis-Leistung passt - Würden wiederkommen"

Was ich vorher nicht wusste (ggf. übersehen), dass Hotel bietet Montags kein Restaurant/Bar an und man muss sich selber einchecken. Der Prozess ist aber sehr einfach und funktioniert gut. Da wir dadurch keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Personal hatten, kann ich das nicht bewerten. Wenn ich die Gäste-Information richtig verstanden habe, kann man continental Frühstück bestellen und dieses wird derzeit dann aufs Zimmer geliefert. Es wurde ein Café empfohlen, dass nur 1 Meile entfernt war. Das haben wir genutzt und es war ein guter Tipp. Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß und auch das Bad war super groß und alles sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man muss beachten, dass das Hotel an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt. Das verursacht besonders Morgens einigen Lärm. Aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier.

"Perfect stay."

The location was perfect for us - short drive to Edinburgh airport. The staff were friendly and professional, the food in the restaurant was very good and the room was exceptionally clean and we had a very comfortable and sound sleep after a day’s travelling. I would recommend this delightful inn.

"Overall the accommodation was good, quite expensive for what it was ,"

There wasn’t a path to walk up to the hot tub . You had to walk over stones. Also the step up to the pod was very high. Hot tub had grime on the top of the water .

"Lovely comfortable base for visiting Edinburgh"

The room was clean and comfortable and great base for visiting Edinburgh- we used the park and ride into the city. We had an evening meal at the inn on our first night and it was exceptional and the staff were really welcoming

I knew property didn’t do breakfast when we booked, however, I think it would be even better if there was breakfast option.
