St Lawrence hotel

I liked how great was the bed and how clean was the room

There was no breakfast, however the listing says it is available

Way out dated, no morning coffee at least

It was close enough to our destination

Cramped parking lot for trying to unload

Location was convenient. Breakfast was ok. Staff was generally friendly.

Rooms were outdated, not very clean. Furniture was in poor condition (desk chair was torn up in many places and practically falling apart). The entire hotel smelled faintly of cigarette smoke (despite a warning from the front desk that smoking is not tolerated). The rooms were not serviced at all during a 3 night stay - no new towels or cleaning, despite an envelope on the desk for tips for the housekeeping staff. Wanted to put the second room on a separate card but was told it was not possible. Guests down the hall had at least two dogs that barked incessantly several times at night.

The staff is always Friendly and courteous.

I don’t really have any complaints.We stay here a few times a year.It is an older hotel,however,always a clean,comfortable stay.

Rooms were cozy

Maps of the back hotel room door not up to date still says check out is noon we were told 11 and it doesn’t show the ice machine or vending machine areas, which we’re both broken/empty Please check batteries in the thermostats the one in 236 are on low battery

No longer a Quality Inn, this hotel continues to hide behind the good reputation of former ownership. The St. Lawrence Hotel features inoperative equipment, inconsistent pricing, unfriendly management and a combination of permanent housing with paying short term guests. On the plus side, there are washers and dryers that are free to use, free parking, free breakfast and a convenient location in the town center. Do not be fooled by the attractive lobby and the Quality Inn signage and branding. This independent property is not up to the standards of Choice Hotels (and I do not know why the corporation tolerates the ongoing use of its name.) If you do stay there, check your charges daily.
