"Not worthwhile, very expensive, hidden costs, unsatisfactory."

Breakfast was way below average and expensive, without knowing this was an additional cost. Valet parking was a surprise cost. Our booked room with two double beds was not available, and we had to get a rollaway bed. very expensive and very frustrating.

I attended a conference at the hotel. The hotel was easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and quiet. I ate at the hotel restaurant Table 45 and had room service. Both expereinces were delicious. The hotel desk staff were welcoming.

"Convenient but inconsistent rates"

Intercontinental at The Cleveland Clinic. It’s clean and convenient. I found it odd that I stayed two random nights- Monday and Tuesday. Monday was a reasonable rate and Tuesday was almost double.
