Jules & Paulie became Ambassador Members nearly two decades ago - at the suggestion of a Front Desk Clerk at the Intercontinental San Francisco (That Clerk hooked us up with a corner suite for our five night stay) Since then we have used the Ambassador Weekend Certificates in Cleveland (both locations), Chicago, Washington DC (both locations) New Orleans, Miami (both locations) and Atlanta We particularly enjoy our stays at the Intercontinental Cleveland on Carnegie Avenue The Club Lounge, anchored by attendants Bernadette Harris, Antoinette Peterson, Monica Price, is a relaxing, warm and friendly space to enjoy food and refreshments Jules and Paulie are confident you will enjoy your stay on the Club Level at the Cleveland Intercontinental

"Good but Expensive"

The room was clean but very expensive. It was $469 per night WITH a discount. I stayed because my husband got admitted to the Cleveland clinic late in the evening, and it’s attached. I was overcharged, and the complementary tea had already been taken with the packaging left behind.
