The lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room 33 provides an awesome caldera view and sunset view. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The property is not for people who have walking disability.

I do not recommend visiting this hotel if you are a solo traveller. One of their staff members came to my room window to spy on me. I reported it to the receptionist, who first denied that anything like that happened. I was in tears, explaining that I did not feel safe and did not want to stay for my trip. The managers and overnight receptionist did not take my complaint seriously at the initial report. The following morning, I called the police. They were receptive and understanding. I booked for two nights, and although I did not stay for the entire two nights, they did not offer me a refund. This was the worst experience I have had anywhere in the world.

The location couldn’t be better, incredibly views. The restaurant and bar if you want to see the sunset or have a quiet moment is great! The unit we had lacked of shelves or counters in the bathroom and room our three day stay we had to leave everything in the suitcases. We happened to be under the bar don’t accept a room there if you are planning to sleep before 2:30AM the music shook our room until then. Also, we didn’t have hot water for two days. Another tip, once you are dropped in Fira call the hotel to come and help with your suitcases as there is no access by car and if you are traveling with a large suitcase and family it’s tough to navigate with the hills, steps and people. We definitely could stay there again but the hotel should consider who gets our unit, we didn’t have time to switch units, the rest of our group had a better experience.

On of the best views you can get of Santorini which is a premium there where we stayed in Thira. Staff was totally friendly and accommodating. Not a bad place at the hotel!

Amazing location and views. Clean rooms. Expect to use stairs. Alexandra at the front desk is very helpful. Good breakfast. Not much variety but still good.

If you are deaf this place is ok. But if you like to sleep you will be challenged as they play disco music all night long above the rooms. Did not get any good sleep.
