The view from the hotel is amazing

I think we got the wrong room. We were supposed to get a room with a different and better view but nonetheless it was a very nice stay and to be honest no matter what room you stayed in, the view is espectacular. The staff are super friendly and super nice. The breakfast was amazing. Everything is close by so it was amazing to walk around. Will definitely be staying there again if I go again.

My room smelled like mold or mildew . Was very Damp. Neighbors room didnt have that problem.Bathub jets were inoperable. Room A/C was not operating well. Mattress very uncomfortable. Long walk to main roads. No elevator. Bad if you have walking problems.

Very unhelpful staff flies in room Air conditioning was leaking reported nothing done . No WiFi where my room was breakfast was same variety everyday not worth money

Hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Hole in headboard board, cracked sink (water linked if you filled the sink with water ). Air conditioner in room didn’t work and room had a mouldy smell.

A lot of things were broken. The door, the windows. The bed was hard. The WiFi only worked on the balcony. The staff didn’t not help with baggage and it there we’re numerous steps.

Everything was good. There was a male receptionist that had awkward customer service skills. Otherwise good

This property was totally false advertised. The room I received was awful. Directly next door to my door only 5 feet away was a junk construction room with no door or window installed and all the construction/storage thrown inside. This was my view from the shared patio I had to look at. Black mold on the tile in the bathroom. The jacuzzi below my room was filthy with brown water and not in use and needed upgrading from it falling apart. No one to help with luggage. I had to carry my heavy luggage all the way from the Taxi drop off zone, then through the Fira shops and restaurants and many many stairs just to arrive to the lobby then was expected to carry them down to my room another 100 stairs. The reception man helped me carry my suitcase but complained about it the whole time saying this is not his job. Then once I saw the room, I decided I would not stay there and I had to carry ALL of my luggage back up the stairs by myself making several trips to get it all. When I asked for a refund he laughed at me. I said shame on you for false advertising this hotel. The pictures online make it look very glamorous but the room I received was less than 3 stars. I never give reviews but this one was worth taking the time to do it so no one else has to spend their time and money here. Maybe had they given me a refund, I would have been more kind. This is not the 1st impression one wants to receive when arriving in BEAUTIFUL SANTORINI! Especially being left to find another hotel at 8pm
