The location & view of this hotel is amazing! Very friendly staff & great bar. Rooms could’ve been a little cleaner but it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Excellent view and excellent service. Can be noisy at night, breakfast ok but terrible coffee.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen! The rooms are disgusting dirty. There were traces of hair and urine in the toilet under the lid. The bedsheets are covered with human hair with yellow marks. The floors in the room are very slippery and you can break your legs if you are not careful!!! Photos do NOT correspond to reality at all !!! Misleading photos! The only room in the photo is number 13. The executive room we booked was number 13 and didn't even come close to the one we were given. They then showed us another room which was completely downhill and not the same as the one we had booked. The staff are unfriendly and don't care when you point them and they just say we don't have any other rooms and we won't do anything about cleaning. They do not have the photos of the rooms that they provided to us in their profile on hotels.com. WIFI doesn't working! They gave us 5 different wifi passwords but none of them worked. There was no refund, even Hotels.com disappointed us by stating that there was nothing they could do about it. We immediately booked a new hotel as it was disgusting to stay there. Avoid this place if you don't want to lose money, there are excellent 4 star hotels for the same price.

Overall it was nice but there were a lot of little things that added up. Maybe that’s what most of the places in Santorini are like but will try somewhere else next time. Cons: - internet didn’t work when in bed and in other parts of the room, even when they gave us passwords to two different routers. The TV didn’t work either. - The shower water went cold halfway through the shower. - When we took a bath (which couldn’t be fully filled because the water went cold too quick), we found the bathroom floor flooded with water. It must have been leaking out of the tub somewhere. - The shower is set up to where water gets all over the bathroom. - The room is a cool cave but it’s a bit stuffy. It’s not possible to get good air circulation. - The fridge is right next to the bed and makes a loud noise day and night. - The bed is uncomfortable. It’s really hard but you can feel each spring. I woke up with back pain each morning. - Everything looked a little run down (rust in different places, holes in some outdoor walls, dead plants, a little peeling paint) but definitely not something that takes away from the beauty of the view. - The pool had some algae and there is a connected jacuzzi that was broken/drained and had some rust anyway (they didn’t advertise having a jacuzzi) - There was a restaurant terrace directly above us and people were super loud until late at night. - There’s also the hotel club above that which plays loud music from ~10pm until at least after midnight.

Reasonable price with a magnificent view of the caldera, the beautiful sea waters and its surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's also accessible to other restos boutiques, ATMs & pharmacies .

Our stay at Loucas was absolutely perfect. The views of the caldera, the islands and the sunsets were perfect, but what really set Loucas apart from all hotels I have ever stayed at, was their service! They made us feel as a part of their family. Every request we made was attended to with care, and a smile. Due to COVID travel restrictions, we needed to get our seven year old tested prior to our return trip. I asked about clinics in town who could perform the test, but instead, the staff arranged an on site test based on our schedule at no additional cost! Wow, saved us so much hassle and time from our vacation. We will always remember our stay at Loucas with fondness, and when returning to Santorini, we will surely return to Loucas! Thank you to all of the great staff! Highly Recommend!!!

Pro: - very nice view - good price for this region Cons: - breakfast (2 slices bread, boiled egg, 1 pcs ham, 1 pcs cheese, butter, marmalade) is one and the same nevertheless how many days is your stay - swimming pool is small and there is only 6 sunbeds (you are lucky if take one - there is a queue. - hotel gave is room with 2 beds while reservation was for one double bed - explanation - there were no guarantie - they accomodate you in what is available at this moment
