It was an amazing stay, thank you so much for the upgrade. The views of the caldera and the sunset was phenomenal. The location was excellent. Breakfast was great too. Be aware that there are lots of stairs which can be a bit tough in the heat. We were 10mins from the bus station where you could get to anywhere on the island for between €1.60 and €2.20 each way.

Location was excellent. When we lived there for 3 days, TV was not working, Air conditioner also not in working condition.

it is not what I expected,,,, tthey TV on the rooms but they don't work, WIFI for the rooms don't work , and the room I paid for , it doesn't have door for the toilet, it is completely opened , just using common sense, it should be a door for the toilet, I guess I will not come back again.
