The staff here is helpful and great. The stairs is high, luckily the staff help us carry our luggage.

The location of the hotel was great, central to everything and the views of the sea are incredible. That’s about all that is good about this hotel. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, each guest gets one pillow equivalent to a coach airline pillow (they would not give us additional), there is a nightclub in the hotel that is open until 3am so that noise penetrates the rooms. And worst of all, our toilet did not work, they could not fix it as they have no after hours maintenance staff and were sold out so could not move us. We had to go up 4 flights of stairs to the night club to use a toilet. We asked for some type of compensation and were told they don’t do that. They did not apologize or empathize in any way which would have cost them nothing and would have at least made me feel a little less angry about this experience. I will never stay here again.

The location is brilliant to get a great view of Fira. Just that not good for old people due to the landscape.

Nice and clean place. Good view. A little difficult to get to if you have more luggage. But the staff was helpful and carried the luggage for us. Would highly recommend.

Great people working very helpful

The property is wonderful. The staff is happy and kind. The views are awesome and what you hope for being on the rim of the caldera. The only negative is that the mattresses are hard like the rocks around you.

I am going to start off by saying that this hotel is average. The staff are very nice and help you with any questions you may have. They even carried our luggage down to our room for us. Some of the downsides of this hotel include. I booked a room with one bed and ended up getting a room with two twin beds, however I did not want to be that person and complain so we made things work. The room itself is okay. We had an issue where the Toilet would not stop running so we were forced to have the door shut the whole time. The shower is small and weird, it would only run hot water for a little bit so by the end you were in a cold shower. An upside, the room did have a safe, so we could keep the important things safe and have a comfortable feeling leaving the room. As stated before, staff is very nice, they do house keeping every day, give us new towels make the beds and clear garbages. Overall, if I was on a budget again, I would book this hotel again, but just be aware of a few flaws.

The room was very unique and cute! The location is perfect, it’s the center of Fira. The breakfast was so good as well as the service. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay this hotel!

Beautiful property in the heart of iconic Santorini. Our hostess was wonderful ~ very friendly and engaging. We would definitely stay here again! 💙💙💙
